Our returns policy is available for 7 DAYS after you receive your items. After this period, we are unable to offer you a return, refund, or exchange. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item(s) you ordered did not arrive within 60 days of its shipping date (this will be determined based off of the tracking provided with your order). If you believe your order is lost or delayed, you have an additional two weeks to contact us after the 60 day deadline. If you contact us outside of this window, we may not be able to offer you a refund.
- The item(s) you received was not as described (i.e. design, color, shape etc).*
- The item(s) you received were damaged.
- Items marked as successfully delivered will be ineligible for return/refund after 7 days. Please contact us immediately in the event of a possible delivery error, and we will try our best to assist you!
Returns and refunds are NOT accepted for the following:
- Discounted and sale products
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Orders that are unable to be delivered due to customers submitting incorrect address information. Addresses with special characters (non-english) must be romanized before submitting your order. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is an issue with your address.
- Additional reasoning that does not fall under one of the conditions listed above.
Please Note: We cannot issue you a refund until we receive your returned item(s) and verify that the correct pieces have been returned. Please allow our items with multiple sizes to have a variation of 1-3cm because they are measured and made to order.
*We reserve the right to ask you for photographs of the product to verify that it is not as described on our website. We will determine if your reasoning is valid using these photos in comparison to our site listings.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your product must fall into one of the above categories in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds include the price of the product, excluding shipping, processing, and discounts. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically sent to your original method of payment.
We do not accept general exchanges. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please send clear photos of the damaged item(s) to email@example.com so we can verify your refund eligibility. If we have determined your item(s) to be damaged, we will discuss further options. Goods that have been deemed damaged do not need to be returned prior to receiving a refund.
We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible in order get your goodies shipped and on their way to you! We understand mistakes happen, and we allow cancellations up to two hours after the order was placed. If you have received your shipping confirmation email it is no longer possible to cancel.
Kawaii Peach is not responsible for any and all fees associated with the returning of your products. Any shipping and handling fees are to be incurred by the customer and will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing parcel protection. If we do not receive your item, we cannot process your refund.
How To Submit A Refund/Return Request
Send us your name (the name given on your order), your order number, the item(s) you would like to submit for a refund/return, and the reasoning for your request. At this time you may also submit any supporting photos or documentation ie. tracking, shipping emails etc.
