♡ Refunds & Returns
We are happy to offer full refunds of the price of your item(s) excluding all shipping and handling fees. Refunds are only valid within 30 days of your order's arrival, and the item(s) must be unwashed/unused/unworn. The item(s) must be able to be returned in their original packaging. We are unable to refund orders that are still in transit.
Discounted and Sale products are ineligible for refunds unless they are deemed damaged or defective.
Please Note: We cannot issue you a refund until we receive your returned order and verify that the correct item(s) has been returned.

♡ Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged item(s) to email@example.com for an immediate refund.
♡ Return Fees
Kawaii Peach is not responsible for any and all fees associated with the returning of your products. Any shipping and handling fees are to be incurred by the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
