We ship worldwide! Shipping is FREE for all orders over $35 USD!

 Where are my products shipped from?
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and keep our prices low, we've partnered with fulfillment warehouses in Europe, Asia, and North America. We ship directly from these locations depending on which region you live in, and package our goods with light and easily transported material.

We work with several boutiques in Asia and Europe who collaborate with us to create our products. Over the years we've developed a close working relationship with them in order to deliver you the highest quality goods on the market!

♡ How long will it take to receive my order?
Our normal processing time is 4-9 days with an additional shipping time of approximately 2-4 weeks depending on your location and customs laws. Our business days are Monday-Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend it will begin processing on the following Monday. We try our very best to get your orders to you in a timely and efficient manner!

If you have multiple items in your order, sometimes we will ship them separately depending on warehouse availability and shipping speed.

*As most of you know, COVID-19 has greatly disrupted daily life around the world and global supply chains have been delayed significantly over the past few months. Because of this, we are currently unable to guarantee our standard delivery window and depending on your location, shipments may take up to eight weeks to arrive. This is a very infrequent delay, but we need to acknowledge that it is possible. We understand this is inconvenient, and we thank you for your understanding and patience!

♡ Do you offer tracking?
Most of our products come with tracking after they have been processed.* Once tracking information has been updated, an email will be set to you if applicable. If the product you order doesn't have tracking, you will receive a confirmation email once the item has shipped. Please note it may take up to five days for tracking numbers to be activated.

A small number of products do not have tracking depending on the country they are being sent to.

 Do you pay for customs/import fees?
No, such fees are not included in our product prices. Please familiarize yourself with your countries importing/customs laws in order to understand what fees you may incur. When we ship our products we always declare a reasonable shipment price in order to get through customs smoothly.
