We ship worldwide! Shipping is FREE for all orders over $35 USD!

 Where are my products shipped from?
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and keep our prices low, we've partnered with warehouses in Europe, Asia, and North America. We ship directly from these locations depending on which region you live in.

♡ How long will it take to receive my order?
Our normal processing time is 2-5 days with an additional shipping time of 2-4 weeks depending on your location and customs laws. We try our very best to get your orders to you in a timely manner!

If you have multiple items in your order, sometimes we will ship items separately depending on warehouse availability and shipping speed.

As most of you know, COVID-19 has greatly disrupted daily life around the world and global supply chains have been delayed significantly over the past few months. Because of this, we are currently unable to guarantee our standard delivery window and depending on your location, shipments may take up to eight weeks to arrive. This is a very infrequent delay, but we need to acknowledge that it is possible. We understand this is inconvenient, and we thank you for your understanding and patience!

♡ Do you offer tracking?
Most of our products come with tracking after they have been processed. Once tracking information has been updated, an email will be set to you if applicable. If the product you order doesn't have tracking, you will receive a confirmation email once the item has shipped. Please note it may take up to five days for tracking numbers to be activated.

♡ Can I cancel my order?
We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible in order get your goodies shipped and on their way to you! We understand mistakes happen, and we allow cancellations up to two hours after the order was placed. Once you have received an email stating your order has shipped it is no longer possible to cancel.

 Do you pay for customs/import fees?
No, such fees are not included in our product prices. Please familiarize yourself with your countries importing/customs laws in order to understand what fees you may incur. When we ship our products we always declare a reasonable shipment price in order to get through customs smoothly.
